English Muffin Pizza

I found this recipe on Pinterest, and it's become on of my favorite lunch/dinners.

Quick. Simple. Delicious.

Ingredients:

Wheat English Muffins
Ragu Pizza Sauce
Fresh Mozzerella (The pearls are easier to chop up.)
A dash of salt and pepper
Now, here's the fun part.. Any toppings you like! We're a simple family, and prefer pepperoni; get creative, and play around with it :)

Pour pizza sauce into a bowl, and heat in microwave for 30 seconds.

Arrange your english muffins on a cookie sheet, with the insides up.

Spread warm pizza sauce on the english muffins.

Next, sprinkle mozzerella and add desired toppings.

Set to low broil and place pizzas in the oven. Watch closely, these cook fast and will burn easily. Within a few minutes, the cheese will start bubbling, and the english muffins and pepperonis will start to brown around the edges.

And... Voila!

One happy little mouth :)

Our little man is ONE!

Our baby boy turned a year old on Saturday, May 12th. This was a bittersweet day for my hubby and I, as this is our last baby. The first year of his life was filled with many unsettling events, needless to say this day was here before we knew it! His birthday theme was very sentimental to our family; when he was first born, his great grandfather Papaw Hughes, started calling him "little man" and it quickly caught on with everybody. As I was playing on my Pinterest, I found many baby shower themes that incorperated blue, mustaches, and ties. This was perfect for Cohen's "Little Man" party, so I spent a couple months planning and here's what I came up with. Hope you like :)

Invitations are from Shutterfly.
Mustache cut-outs and straws from Etsy. I glued them on the sucker sticks.

Candy from See's Candy, inside the Woodland Hill's Mall in Tulsa, OK.

Thank you to my big sister, Anna Masters for the birthday banner. She's amazing, so look her up :)

Thank you Patience Eddleman for the fabulous pictures!
